My career includes experience in both the academic and corporate worlds, including working as a research analyst at a PR agency, as a lobbyist, a political campaign manager, a pharmaceutical sales rep for Bayer, and a medical equipment sales executive for Toshiba.

Currently, I teach communication and public relations classes in the School of Communication & the Arts at Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York.
I serve as:

  • Public Speaking Across the Curriculum Coordinator

My interests include public speaking across the curriculum, crisis communication, spokesperson training, interactive technology, online learning, community-based learning, applied research and analytics, public relations history, deceptive communication, and science communication.
